Goat Petroglyph
This faint rock engraving (1000 BC–300 AD) depicts a mountain goat, an animal central to early nomadic life in the Issyk-Kul basin. The image reflects the ecological and symbolic role of wildlife in steppe societies, where petroglyphs marked hunting grounds and migration routes across the highland pastures of Central Asia.
