This stone path, shaded by towering trees, leads to the main house of Finca Vigía. Walked daily by Hemingway in the mid-20th c., it marked the transition from wilderness to written word. The approach reflects the estate’s balance between seclusion and civilization—a place where nature, discipline, and imagination converged.
