Domestic Kitchen Utensils
A heavy iron frying pan, blue enamel bowls, and a segmented baking mold lie side by side in a display case. These mid-20th-c. utensils formed part of everyday kitchens in Santander, used for frying, storing, and baking. Durable metal and enamel surfaces reflect the priorities of working-class households, where tools had to withstand intensive daily use.
