斗兽场外立面
斗兽场建于公元70–80年的外立面，由一层层叠加的拱门组成，并以托斯卡纳式、爱奥尼亚式和科林斯式柱式加以框饰，展现了罗马建筑的高超技艺。最初，许多壁龛中安放着众神、皇帝和英雄的雕像，在结构、装饰与政治象征之间营造出和谐统一，同时彰显帝国的宏伟气势。
